I was previously from one of the largest recruitment agencies in Singapore and a major ScienTec Consulting competitor. Even though I was not actively looking for a job, I was convinced to make the switch due to ScienTec's premium branding as well as their forward-thinking culture, willingness to invest in technology and entrepreneurial spirit.

Of all the recognition awards I have received, I have to say that the Long Service Award holds the most significance to me. I couldn't have achieved top sales for two consecutive years, if not for the support and trust from the ScienTec management and all my colleagues. They stuck with me when I was struggling in my first year, and invested so much time and effort to nurture and train me. 

I did not have any experience when I first joined ScienTec. I was given product and process training to gain a good understanding of the business within a short span of time. Now as a new member in the leadership team, I have so much to learn and am discovering my own potential. The reliable system in place makes it easier for me to coach and lead my team.
