About the Job

• Support business development activities through initializing market research and utilizing our strong network and market experience.

• Generate sales by continuously driving relations with new and existing client accounts.

• Perform full cycle of recruitment including attraction, offering, closing and onboarding duties.

• Manage recruitment assignments with more rigour, specifically on mid-career to senior level opportunities.

• Analyse client’s needs and tailor recruitment processes.  

• Independently manage day-to-day work schedule and sales pipeline to achieve KPIs and revenue targets. 

 

About You 

• Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree or a Professional Certification in any field.

• At least 3-5 years’ working experience.

• Someone with exceptional communication skills and confidence to negotiate the terms of business with clients.

• Passion for sales and comfortable with working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

• Possess CEI certification is a plus.
