Role Purpose
This position is responsible for business development activities of the organisation and drives the sales growth and development for the company that would increase revenues and profits. You will be responsible for business development activities such as lead generation and telemarketing. You will engage in discussion and identify new business opportunities, up-sell and cross-sell the suite of services to our clients.
You should be someone who enjoys relationship building and are excited with sales growth. You will work with team members and leaders to build new accounts and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients.
About the Job

Develop new business or revenue opportunities through new client acquisition activities, e.g. gathering leads, generating leads, telemarketing calls, networking, etc.

Follow through and prepare terms of business, engage in meaningful discussion with clients and stakeholders.

Continue to grow the accounts you acquired with the collaboration of other team members.
About You

Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

Excellent phone skills and enjoy calling/interacting

Driven by performance and can work independently

Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree or a Professional Certification in any field

Enjoy relationship building

Results-orientated and disciplined
-
Ready to learn and vigilant with data input in CRM
