Human Resource Business Partner who would mentor and guide you on the process in this field of work.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

You will be expected to perform, or be keen on learning how to perform, the following tasks:

  • Learn and understand the full cycle of recruitment including attraction, selection, offering, closing and onboarding duties

  • Improving and managing internal processes and document templates

  • Aid in content creation for any presentations required in the recruitment cycle

  • Logging and managing internal employees’ documents and details

  • Aid in programming of any ad-hoc staff benefit/welfare related activities

  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Motivated by being well-organized and improving processes

  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and work well under pressure as an individual as well as a team

  • Must be adaptable to change, open to feedback and willing to learn

  • Ability to multi-task and manage events whilst completing day-to-day tasks
