We are looking for an aspiring individual who wishes to craft out a rewarding internship in recruitment. A key day-to-day task will involve assistance in the selection, interview and hiring process, as we source for the right talents for our client.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Look forward to a fantastic internship journey where you can gain invaluable experience in recruitment, telemarketing, sales, human resources, customer service, negotiation, communication and analytical skills in real-life situations. Work closely with our Recruitment Team Lead and a team of passionate recruiters to achieve and deliver outcomes.

Outstanding interns/trainees will have the opportunity to be converted to join us as a full-time recruitment consultant!

You will be expected to perform, or be keen on learning how to perform, the following tasks:

  • Learn and understand the full cycle of recruitment, including attraction, selection, offering, closing and onboarding duties

  • Gather client requirements

  • Source and screen candidates; gain knowledge about the different methods and platforms to ensure effective searches

  • Conduct interviews for potential candidates and profile suitable candidates

  • Present candidates to the mentor and recommend selected profiles to prospective companies

  • Aid during the offer process, gaining knowledge about the essentials of contract signing etc.

  • Manage daily work schedule to create an effective system to achieve personal targets whilst contributing to team goals

  • Other ad-hoc duties

 

Job Requirements:

  • Suitable for all students

  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Possess the ability to conduct efficient interviews with candidates and to build professional relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues alike

  • Organised, analytical and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

  • Demonstrate urgency and can work efficiently and effectively despite time pressures

  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Word, Excel.
