A big part of your day-to-day will involve managing the recruitment process to ensure qualified employees are hired to meet the client’s needs.

About the Job
Monitor and review performance metrics and constantly improving them.
Supervise recruiting teams and achieve company’s growth targets.
Supporting, coaching and motivating your team of recruitment consultants.
Conceptualize and negotiate contracts with clients.
Hold key client accounts, ensure constant growth of these clientele.
Involving in full spectrum senior hires’ recruitment. (Internal/External)
Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree or a Professional Certification in any field.
Well-versed with recruitment and prior experience leading a sales team.
Displays strong leadership quality and people management skills
A natural collaborator, results-driven person that can strategize, mentor and lead the recruitment team.
