About the Job

  • Support and motivate your team of recruitment consultants towards meeting the team sales target.

  • Responsible for generating sales and business development activities through market research, networking and cold-calling.

  • Negotiate contracts with clients and finalized Term of Business.

  • Hold key client accounts and designate placement jobs within the team and facilitate coordination across the company.

  • Critically analyse client’s needs and provide tailored solutions to recruitment processes.


About You

  • Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree or a Professional Certification in any field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a recruitment related industry.

  • Prior experience in managing a sales team is an edge.

  • A natural collaborator, results-driven person that can strategize, mentor and lead the team.

  • Enjoy account management and client relationship building
