Business Analyst Intern:
Continuous Improvement Projects
6-Month Full-Time Internship
Find Better Ways of Working. Turn Analysis into Action.
Are you naturally curious about why things are done a certain way, and whether there is a better way to do them?
We’re looking for a Business Analyst Intern to work on real business improvement projects across ScienTec.
Rather than being assigned to one narrow function, you’ll have opportunities to work across different corporate workstreams, from Compliance and IT to Sales and Business Operations, analysing existing practices, identifying gaps and helping teams implement practical improvements.
If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, asking good questions and turning findings into action, this internship will give you hands-on exposure to how a business actually operates and improves.
What You’ll Do
Business Process Analysis & Continuous Improvement
-
Understand and map existing business processes, workflows and operating practices
-
Engage stakeholders to identify pain points, bottlenecks, duplication and manual work

-
Develop practical recommendations and support their implementation
-
Track whether improvements deliver the intended results

Your assignments may rotate across different areas depending on current business priorities.

-
Map manual workflows and identify opportunities for digitalisation or automation
-
Gather and document business/user requirements for system improvements
-
Participate in system evaluation, testing and implementation projects
-
Work with business users and IT partners to translate operational needs into workable solutions
-
Support user acceptance testing, documentation and adoption of new tools
Sales & Business Operations
-
Analyse sales activities, customer/account data, pipelines and operating processes
-
Identify trends, gaps and opportunities that could improve sales effectiveness
-
Review workflows from lead generation through opportunity management and account development
-
Support projects that improve visibility, productivity and management decision-making
Data Analysis & Management Insights
-
Gather, clean and analyse business data
-
Develop dashboards, trackers and management reports where useful

-
Support project planning, timelines and action tracking

Document requirements, decisions and follow-up actions
-
Help move improvement ideas from analysis to actual implementation
