We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Executive who is creative, digitally savvy and ready to take ownership of meaningful projects.

This is more than a social media or content role.

 

You’ll gain practical exposure across corporate branding, website development, digital marketing, content, events, lead generation and marketing analytics, while working on key projects with tangible business outcomes.

 

At ScienTec Consulting, our business connects people with careers and organisations with talent. You’ll help shape how our brand shows up online, at industry and career events, and across the candidate and client experience channels.

 

What You’ll Own & Execute:

Corporate Website Revamp

Be part of a key corporate project to refresh and strengthen ScienTec’s digital presence.

  1. Support the end-to-end corporate website revamp, from content creation, audit and information architecture through to launch

  2. Review existing pages and recommend improvements to content, navigation and user experience

  3. Develop and refresh website copy to better communicate our services, expertise and employer brand

  4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external web/design partners on requirements, content and deliverables

  5. Support SEO, content migration, testing and quality assurance before launch

  6. Track project milestones and help ensure timely delivery

Corporate Events & Career Fairs

Help bring our brand to life beyond digital channels.

  1. Plan and coordinate ScienTec’s participation in career fairs, recruitment events, industry events and corporate initiatives

  2. Support event concepts, booth experience, marketing collateral and promotional materials

  3. Coordinate event logistics with internal teams, organisers and external vendors

  4. Develop pre-event and post-event social and digital campaigns to maximise visibility

  5. Capture content and stories from events for subsequent marketing

  6. Review event outcomes including engagement, leads and candidate reach

 

Content, Brand & Social Media

  1. Create compelling content for LinkedIn, EDMs, website, landing pages and marketing campaigns

  2. Develop stories around our people, clients, talent community, market insights and successes

  3. Support the MD’s LinkedIn content and thought-leadership calendar

  4. Maintain a consistent corporate brand voice and visual identity across channels

  5. Translate business ideas into content that is clear, engaging and relevant

 

Integrated Campaigns & Lead Generation

  1. Execute campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and generate candidate and business leads

  2. Be a Business Partner with our consultants and business teams on targeted industry, client and talent campaigns

  3. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

  4. Connect content, digital channels, events and business priorities into cohesive campaigns

 

Marketing Analytics & Optimisation

  1. Track website, social media and campaign performance

  2. Analyse reach, engagement, traffic, leads and other relevant marketing metrics

  3. Use insights to recommend improvements to campaigns and content

  4. Prepare concise performance updates and identify what is working, and what we should do differently

 

Creative & Digital Experimentation

 

  1. Explore new content formats, digital platforms and AI-enabled marketing tools

  2. Keep abreast of marketing, social media and recruitment industry trends

  3. Bring fresh ideas to how ScienTec engages candidates, clients and the wider market

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  • You are a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related discipline who wants to build a strong foundation in integrated corporate marketing.

  •  You should:

  • Write and communicate confidently

  • Have a good eye for content, branding and presentation

  • Be organised and comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams

  • Enjoy both creative work and structured project execution

  • Be resourceful and willing to take ownership

  • Be comfortable working with different internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Have the curiosity to experiment, learn and improve

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, CMS/website platforms, LinkedIn, email marketing, video editing, analytics or AI-enabled marketing tools is advantageous.

  • University projects, internships, personal portfolios or experience organising events are equally relevant, show us what you have created and accomplished.
